SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is USPS Priority Mail 5-8 business days. Processing is between 1-3 business days after you place your order. We keep inventory in stock, inventory does fluctuate based on customers need. If we so happen to not have your request in stock, we will need to order from our manufacturing warehouse in Cambodia. Processing time then would be 5-15 business days after you place your order.  You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Expect delays during sale periods, weekend, and holidays.

This means we are awaiting payment from your bank 💸 It takes 1 to 3 business days for a bank or credit card company to authorize and clear payment despite payment reflecting on your account. On rare occasions some banks may take longer to release payment, which may delay the shipping process. Orders placed on Friday will process on the next business day, Monday. 

Orders that fail the verification process are placed on temporary hold. Additional information is required to verify the recipient’s identity including three forms of ID. If verification is successful the order will advance to the fulfillment process.

Yes, we offer international shipping via DHL Express.

International shipping takes 10-15 Business Days. Only domestic orders are eligible for free shipping. 

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A Physical Address is Required. Custom fees may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee customers are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also, when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 business days for them to inspect the package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@glossyfinds.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue. Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

Sorry, once an order is placed no cancellations or modifications are permitted once it has been successfully submitted. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
