How long does shipping take? In-stock items typically ship within 5–7 business days, with expedited options available at checkout for eligible products.

Every Glossyfinds texture is sourced with intention, including through our direct partners in Cambodia, so orders may ship from different fulfillment locations depending on the product and texture you've chosen. That means processing and delivery times can vary slightly from item to item — it's the tradeoff for hair that's sourced right, not just sourced fast.

If your order needs a little extra processing time, we'll keep you posted along the way. Once it ships, you'll get tracking information so you can follow it home.

Why might items in the same order ship separately? Because we work with a network of specialized fulfillment partners to bring you the full range of Glossyfinds textures, items in the same order can occasionally ship from different locations and arrive on their own timelines.

If that happens, you'll get a tracking number for each shipment as it heads your way — no need to keep track of it yourself.

Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for eligible products.

One thing worth knowing: expedited shipping speeds up delivery once an order has been processed — it doesn't shorten processing time itself, which can vary by product and warehouse availability.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, on qualifying orders. Current free-shipping minimums and promotions are always listed at checkout and on our site.

Can I track my order? Always. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

If your order is fulfilled from more than one location, you'll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

How long do Glossyfinds Raw Cambodian Hair Extensions last? This is the one we get asked most — and it's the one we care about most.

Glossyfinds Raw Cambodian Hair Extensions are built to last, wash after wash. We don't just judge hair on how it looks fresh out of the bag — we judge it on how it holds up at wash 20, when cheaper alternatives have already lost their curl pattern, their shine, and their shape. With proper installation and care, raw hair like ours is designed to be worn and reworn well beyond a single season.

How long your extensions actually last will still come down to a few things: how often you wear them, heat styling, coloring or chemical processing, your installation method, and your at-home care routine. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept eligible returns within 7 days, in original, unused, and unopened condition.

Because hair extensions are a personal-use product, items that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, or washed aren't eligible for return. Before sending anything back, reach out to our customer care team — we'll walk you through it.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do? That's not the Glossyfinds experience we want you to have, and we want to make it right. Contact our customer care team as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of what you received, and we'll take it from there.
