Shipping is USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days. Processing is between 1-3 business days after you place your order. We keep inventory in stock, inventory does fluctuate based on customers need. If we so happen to not have your request in stock, we will need to order from our manufacturing warehouse in Cambodia. Processing time then would be 5-15 business days after you place your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Expect delays during sale periods, weekend, and holidays.

PROCESSING
It takes 1 to 3 business days for a bank or credit card company to authorize and clear payment regardless if payment is deducted from your account. All orders must pass an extensive vetting process before leaving our facilities. On rare occasions some banks may take longer to release payment, which may delay the shipping process. Orders placed on Friday will process on the next business day, Monday.
ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION
Orders that fail the verification process will be placed on temporary hold. Additional information will be required to verify the recipient’s identity including three forms of ID. If verification is successful the order will advance to the fulfillment process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is 10-15 Business Days. Orders are sent via DHL Express. Only domestic orders are eligible for free shipping.
This time frame does not include the processing period, weekends, or holidays.

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A Physical Address is Required. Custom fees may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also, when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 business days for them to inspect the package.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@glossyfinds.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
